Pinellas County Schools Sandy Lane Elementary Remodel
This project consisted of a 14 month new campus construction and phased renovation for the Conservatory for the Arts.
It divided the open plan layout with permanent walls to create dynamic, state of the art spaces for creative environment. The new construction included (2) new fire lines, sprinkler system, (2) new 225 ton chillers and pumps, (7) new clerestory pop ups and a 3,000 SF administration addition.
The renovation part also included replacement of all interior finishes, doors hardware, renovation of all interior restrooms, and provided new LV items.
